The invention discloses a method and a system for constructing a comprehensive drug information base based on drug and target information. The method comprises the following steps: S1, acquiring drugand drug target related data information from a database, and simultaneously integrating different source data; S2, standardizing the collected different source data, and constructing a drug information form according to data categories; and S3, associating all the data according to key values of the drug information form to construct a comprehensive drug information database model. The method andthe system have the beneficial effects that a user can acquire information related to a drug or target concerned intuitively and conveniently; and visual associated display of the query and the result is realized through the drug and the drug target.
