本发明公开了一种高硬度高耐磨胶辊三元乙丙橡胶，由以下重量百分比的组分构成：三元乙丙橡胶42-50％；填充补强剂40-50％；软化增塑剂3-5％；活性剂2.5-3％；硫化剂2-2.5％。本发明在使用环境下有高弹性，压缩形变低，耐屈挠，导热性好的特点，使用寿命长。

The invention discloses high-hardness and high-wear-resistant ethylene propylene diene rubber, which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 42 to 50 percent of EPDM, 40to 50 percent of filling reinforcing agents, 3 to 5 percent of softening plasticizers, 2.5 to 3 percent of activating agents and 2 to 2.5 percent of vulcanizing agents. The rubber has the characteristics of high elasticity in use environment, low compression deformation, flexing resistance, good heat conduction performance and long service life.
