The invention provides a lifting device and a power exchange station. The lifting device comprises a base, a lifting beam and an actuating device; a first supporting rod set and a second supporting rod set, wherein the first supporting rod set and the second supporting rod set are arranged between the base and the lifting beam, the first supporting rod set and the second supporting rod set comprise a first supporting rod and a second supporting rod respectively, the first end of the first supporting rod and the first end of the second supporting rod are connected in a pivoting mode at a pivoting point, the second end of the first supporting rod and the second end of the second supporting rod are pivoted to the lifting beam and the base respectively; and the actuating device is synchronously acts on the pivoting point of the first supporting rod set and the second supporting rod set, so that the angle between the first supporting rod and the second supporting rod of the first supportingrod set and the second supporting rod set is changed, and the lifting beam is lifted or lowered. The lifting device is simple in structure and small in occupied space, and the lifting device is low in height in a contracted state and has a high lifting stroke.
