The invention discloses a construction realization method and construction device for a TBM device crossing shaft, the construction realization method comprises the following steps: building concreteretaining walls at two sides of a TBM head after the TBM head enters the vertical shaft; pouring bean gravel and concrete slurry into the inner side of the concrete retaining walls; integrally backfilling bean gravel and concrete slurry after the TBM equipment is pushed in idle. According to the invention of the construction realization method and the construction device for TBM device crossing shaft, as the concrete retaining walls of buildings at two sides of the TBM head in the vertical shaft are adopted, the space at the bottom in the vertical shaft is isolated, bean gravel and concrete slurry are firstly poured into the inner side of the concrete retaining walls, therefore, the construction process in the vertical shaft is accelerated, and the whole filling can be carried out under the condition that the continuous construction of the TBM device is not influenced for the bean gravel and concrete slurry poured outside the retaining walls and in other spaces, so that the whole construction period is shortened, and the construction efficiency is higher.
