The invention discloses a lamellar silicone rubber-polyurethane composite material and a preparation method thereof. The lamellar silicone rubber-polyurethane composite material comprises a compositematerial body, wherein a fireproof layer is arranged on the upper surface layer of the composite material body, and a silicone rubber layer is adhered to the lower part of the fireproof layer; a polyurethane hot melt adhesive layer is adhered to the lower part of the silicone rubber layer, and a silicone rubber-polyurethane hot melting layer is sewed to the lower part of the polyurethane hot meltadhesive layer; the space between the fireproof layer and the silicone rubber layer is filled with a first adhesive layer, and the space between the silicone rubber layer and the polyurethane hot meltadhesive layer is filled with a second adhesive layer; a plurality of fiber sutures are connected between the silicone rubber-polyurethane hot melting layer and the polyurethane hot melt adhesive layer, and the silicone rubber-polyurethane hot melting layer and the polyurethane hot melt adhesive layer are sewed and laminated through the fiber sutures; and the silicone rubber-polyurethane hot melting layer is formed through hot melting and cooling of a silicone rubber-polyurethane fusion material. The high temperature resistance of the lamellar silicone rubber-polyurethane composite material prepared by virtue of the preparation method is remarkably improved.
