The invention relates to a dispatching method of a combined heat and power system for improving wind power consumption by comprehensive heat supply of buildings, which comprises the following steps ofpredicting wind power increment in a next time period; if the power increment of wind power is positive, decreasing the output of thermoelectric generating units in order; if the output of the thermoelectric generating units can be reduced, reducing the output of the thermal power and the electric power of the co-generating units in sequence; if the wind power increment is negative, increasing the thermal power and electric power output of the cogeneration unit in sequence; if there is no co-generation unit output can be increased, increasing the output of the sub-generation unit sequentially; calculating the heating electric power and heating thermal power of each building in the next period, and the power distribution of the whole electric heating combined system; checking for power overruns. The technical scheme of the invention is applicable to the comprehensive dispatch of the electric heating combined system in the winter heating period in the area with abundant wind power and severe cold temperature, combines the central heating of heat power and the decentralized heating of electric power, utilizes the heat inertia of the heating pipe network and the building, increases the overall flexibility and the peak-shaving space of the electric heating combined system, and contributes to the improvement of the consumption of the wind power.
