The invention relates to a steel pile integral shipment process in a side-leaning state of a ship, which comprises the following steps of: 1, placing a supporting pier, and installing bottom-layer cross beams on the supporting pier; 2, installing a plurality of bottom-layer upright posts on the bottom-layer cross beams; 3, hanging the steel pile on the bottom-layer cross beams; 4, installing middle-layer cross beams on the bottom-layer upright posts; 5, hanging the steel pile on the middle-layer cross beams; 6, installing upper-layer cross beams on the bottom-layer upright posts, and butting the steel pile into a transportation whole body; 7, installing a ship cushion pier and a trestle on a deck of a barge after the barge leans against a dock; 8, driving a self-propelled modular transportvehicle to the bottom of a transport frame, and lifting the barge; 9, loading the barge; 10, placing the transport frame and the steel pile on the ship cushion pier, and unloading the barge; 11, fixing the steel pile on the ship, and dismantling the trestle. According to the invention, the self-propelled modular transport vehicle is utilized to transport the transport frame and the steel pile tothe barge together under the state that the barge leans laterally to the wharf; the efficiency of steel pile shipment is greatly improved, and the transportation cost is saved.
