The invention discloses a mounting and hanging clamp for an excircle local electroplating part, which comprises a clamp body, wherein the clamp body is used for clamping a part to be plated so that the part to be plated is vertically suspended in an electroplating pool; and the clamp body is connected with a power supply and is prepared from a conductive material so as to form the same conductor with the part to be plated. The clamp body is used for respectively supporting the two ends of the part to be plated so as to respectively protect the upper end face and lower end face of the part to be plated and prevent electroplating liquid in the electroplating pool from entering a shaft hole of the part to be plated from the two ends of the part to be plated. The mounting and hanging clamp also comprises a protective barrel piece, wherein the protective barrel piece is used for sleeving a first shaft section and second shaft section of the part to be plated so as to respectively protect the excircle of the first shaft section and the excircle of the second shaft section. According to the invention, the electroplating requirement of the part with a slender inner hole and a complicated structure can be met, misplating is not easy to occur, and the electroplating quality of the part is high.
