The invention provides a TBM shield body rolling sliding type combined travelling device and method. The TBM shield body rolling sliding type combined travelling device comprises a bottom plate arranged at the bottom of a tunnel expanding excavation section; an anchor plate is fixedly mounted on the bottom plate through anchor bolts; a roller way is fixedly mounted on the anchor plate through inner rod pieces; sliding rails are symmetrically fixed to the positions, on the two sides of the roller way, on the anchor plate; anti-lateral-rolling supporting rails are symmetrically fixed to the positions, on the two outer sides of the sliding rails, on the anchor plate through outer rod pieces; a plurality of rolling rods are placed on the sliding rails through rolling fit supporting; and a front shield of a TBM shield body is supported at the tops of the roller way, the sliding rails and the anti-lateral-rolling supporting rails. According to the TBM shield body rolling sliding type combined travelling device, the construction difficult problem that the TBM shield body difficultly slides and travels in a tunnel with the narrow space is solved, and the TBM shield body rolling sliding type combined travelling device and method can be widely used for construction of similar engineering such as water conservancy tunnels.
