The invention discloses a flanging ejection locating structure comprising a guide sleeve arranged on the side wall of a lower die, a guide rod arranged inside the guide sleeve in sliding and sleeved manners, a spring located between the guide sleeve and the guide rod and ejector blocks arranged on the top of the guide rod. Besides, when the spring does not deform, the ejector blocks are flush witha material holding platform, used for bearing a part, of the lower die, and an interval exists between each ejector block and the lower die. According to the flanging ejection locating structure, support of a workpiece is achieved through the ejector blocks, and the situation that the workpiece deviates in the die assembly process, so that the flanging precision is influenced is avoided; and in addition, some embodiments show that through a cushion block, the flanged workpiece can be conveniently taken out.
