An electric heating film comprises a carrier, a bottom functioncoating, a heating coating, an electrode and an upper protection coating, the inner surface of the carrier is coated with the bottom function coating, the outer surface of the bottom function coatingis coated by the heating coating, the heating coating is connected with the electrode, and the outside of the heating coating and the electrode is coated with the upper protection coating. Compared with the prior art, the heating temperature reaches up to 1200 DEG C and is more than ten times that of existing heating temperature, the power density reaches up to 50 watts/square centimeters, 500 times of power density is achieved, most of commonly used applications can be met, materials are inorganic ceramic materials, temperature resistance of inorganic ceramics is considerably higher than that of high-molecular materials, the inorganic ceramics are free from aging and degradation, resistant to high temperature and nonflammable, the materials are water-soluble materials, solvent evaporation is omitted, and the trouble of environmental protection is omitted.
