The bacillus subtilis provided by the invention can efficiently and fast degrade the zearalenone in grain oil and/or feed, particularly when the content of the zearalenone in grain oil and/or feed reaches up to 50ppm, the bacillus subtilis can also efficiently and fast degrade the zearalenone; no influence is caused on the palatability of the grain oil and/or feed; meanwhile, when the bacillus subtilis is added into the grain oil and/or feed contaminated by the zearalenone, safety is realized. Therefore the bacillus subtilis has good application prospects.
