The invention discloses an indoor terrestrial heat automatic control device and method. The automatic control device comprises a water make-up tank, a one-way valve, a water pipe, a filter, a water pump, an electric proportional valve, a temperature transmitter, a heater, a control cabinet and a programmable controller. The automatic control device can conduct programming and parameter setting through the programmable controller, accurately control the flow of the electric proportional valve so as to control the heating temperature of warm water and speed up flowing of the warm water through rotating of the water pump. Moreover, the indoor terrestrial heat automatic control device is provided with a filter device to prevent dirt from adhering to the inner wall of a pipe and is simple in structure, convenient to operate and high in automation degree.
