本说明书实施例公开了一种基于预测模型向人群投放业务的方法和装置，所述方法包括：获取多个第一人群，并获取各个第一人群相应的群特征；将所述群特征分别输入预测模型，以从所述模型的输出分别获取所述多个第一人群各自的分数，所述分数预测所述第一人群对所述业务的点击率和使用率的加权和；以及基于所述多个第一人群各自的分数，确定所述业务的投放人群，以投放所述业务。

The embodiment of the specification discloses a method and a device for delivering services to a crowd based on a prediction model. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a plurality of first crowds and acquiring corresponding group characteristics of each first crowd; inputting the group characteristics into a prediction model, respectively, to obtain respective scores of the plurality of first crowds from an output of the model, the scores predicting a weighted sum of a click-through rate and a usage rate of the service by the first crowd; and determining a delivery crowd of theservice to deliver the service based on respective scores of the plurality of first crowds.
