The invention discloses an energy-saving vacuum pre-cooler. The energy-saving vacuum pre-cooler comprises a vacuum box body, an air suction vacuum pump and an ice container; the ice container is arranged in the vacuum box body, and the ice container is in an open structure. Under the vacuum state, the phase change cooling capacity of ice melting into water is adopted to condense vapor in the vacuum box body to achieve the purpose of saving energy, the vacuum pre-cooler does not need to be matched with a pumping vapor vacuum device, thereby saving the running energy consumption of the pumping vapor vacuum device, and the pumping vapor vacuum device is low in cost and energy consumption.
