The invention discloses a permeable biological reaction wall for synchronously removing nitrogen, phosphorous and arsenic, and belongs to the technical field of water pollution control. The permeablebiological reaction wall comprises a reaction wall dry area, a reaction wall dry and wet transition area and a reaction wall wet area, wherein the reaction wall dry area is arranged above the water level of water and does not contact with the water, the reaction wall wet area is arranged below the water level of the water and contacts with the water, and the reaction wall dry and wet transition area is positioned between the reaction wall dry area and the reaction wall wet area. Reaction fillers of the reaction wall comprise iron pyrite, sulfur and carbonate minerals, biological membranes areattached to the surfaces of the reaction fillers, and good synchronous nitrogen, phosphorous and arsenic removal effects can be achieved by organic combination of the three areas of the reaction wall.The permeable biological reaction wall is multifunctional, simple to operate, low in cost and suitable for engineering application.
