The invention discloses an intelligent processing system for testing a sample of a sheet steel strip, which comprises a workbench, an automatic feeding unit, a laser engraving-code and cutting unit, asample taking and feeding unit and an information management unit, wherein the automatic feeding unit is arranged at one side of the workbench, picks up a sample and a sample information through a code sweeping device, a sampling device, a lifting device and a rotating device, and transmits the sample and the sample information to the laser engraving-code and cutting unit; the laser engraving-code and cutting unit controls the engraving-code device and the cutting device to perform sample cutting and processing into a sample and a number through a driving control device, and the cutting wastematerials enter a waste material box; the sample taking and feeding unit extracts a cut sample through a robot and a sample grabbing device and stores the cut sample into a sample storage box, and the robot feeds the sample through a walking guide rail; an information management unit is respectively in communication connection with each unit of the system. By means of the processing system, intelligent manufacturing of the tested sample is achieved the standardization and correctness of the sample processing is ensured, the detection quality is improved, and manual intervention is not needed,and the labor productivity is comprehensively improved.
