The steady locking device comprises a vertical plate, a bracket, a copper tape and a locking device, wherein the vertical plate is provided with a first lockhole, a positioning hole and a second lockhole in sequence from left to right; the first lockhole and the positioning hole are communicated; the bracket is fixedly arranged in the positioning hole; and the upper part of the first lockhole is provided with an opening. The steady locking device is connected through welding so as to be convenient in processing.
