The invention discloses a turbulence-type damper based on disturbance turbid liquid and belongs to the field of dampers. The damper comprises a working cylinder, an end cover A, an end cover B, polymer turbid liquid, a special-shaped piston and a piston rod; the polymer turbid liquid comprises viscous fluid with the viscosity coefficient larger than 2.0 Pa.s and polymer particles which are suspended in viscous fluid and made of a high molecular material; the polymer particles are spherical, and the diameters of the polymer particles are 1-5 mm; the special-shaped piston is composed of a hollowcircular truncated cone A and a hollow circular truncated cone B which are symmetric; the structures of the hollow circular truncated cone A and the hollow circular truncated cone B are identical andare thin wall bodies with the same thickness, and each hollow circular truncated cone is formed in the mode that a small circular truncated cone is dug out from the interior of a large circular truncated cone; evenly-distributed circular holes are formed in each thin wall body, and the diameter of each circular hole is 3 mm. By adopting the turbulence-type damper based on disturbance turbid liquid, the special-shaped piston pushes the viscous fluid to flow, and the polymer particles collide the special-shaped piston to form turbulence.
