The invention provides a tunable longitudinal polarized light pin array with super-resolution and high-aspect ratio. The array comprises a device body composed of a femtosecond laser, a beam expander,a spatial light modulator device, a polarization converter device, a high numerical aperture objective lens and a focal plane detector. The array is characterized by comprising the following steps: light waves emitted by the femtosecond laser become parallel lights after passing through a beam expanding system composed of two lenses and an aperture stop; the parallel lights pass through a ternarymixing filter and a multi-tap multiplexing filter which are encoded by the spatial light modulator; changing a linearly polarized light into a radial polarized light by adjusting a polarization voltage after being reflected and passing through the polarization converter device; and performing depolarizing on the polarization of an incident light field by the high numerical aperture objective lens, thereby redistributing the longitudinal polarization and the transverse polarization to obtain the longitudinal polarized light pin array with super-resolution at a focus area of the focal plane detector.
