The invention discloses a VAV terminal end of a variable-wind system. The VAV terminal end of the variable-wind system comprises an inlet adjusting valve, a parallel fan, a hot water coil, a wind speed measuring device and a room thermostat, and a pneumatic control element or an electric control element can enable an air conditioning system to achieve the energy-saving operation. In a case of a partial load, dual energy consumption caused by offset of cold and hot loads of a reheater in a constant air volume system can be avoided. According to use function of the device, a unit is provided with a single air duct, double air ducts, hot water reheating, electric heating reheating, parallel fan driving and other different terminal end combinations. The unit can also be provided with a staticpressure box, a silencing box and a silencer as required by installation near an air conditioner. According to the control function of the device, the unit is provided with air working, electric driving (analog/digital), pressure relevant type, pressure irrelevant type and the like. A box body is designed with an inner wall to be provided with the silencer with a heat insulation silencing materialin an attaching mode. A fan is not arranged generally in the box body, the power of a parallel fan is small, and the noise is low. The noise of the VAV terminal end is generally lower than that of afan coil fresh air adding system with the same air volume, and the VAV terminal end is particularly suitable for occasions of a library, a studio, a movie theater and the like. According to the technical scheme, the total air volume of the VAV terminal end system can be reduced, and a large amount of electric energy of a water pump for the fan can be saved.
