The invention relates to a working face roadway layout structure capable of realizing inter-roadway coal pillar recovery, which comprises a first roadway located at one side of the working face and afirst roadway group located at the other side of the working face, and is characterized in that there is a second roadway or a second roadway group between the first roadway and the roadway group, andthe distance between the second roadway and the first roadway and the distance between the second roadway group and the first roadway group are one third to one half of the length of the working face; and both the first roadway group and the second roadway group include two roadways. The layout of the working face roadways is changed through increasing the spacing of the working face roadways, the original layout of multiple working face roadways at one side or two sides is changed to the layout between the roadways at two sides of the working face, so that the number of roadways between theworking faces is reduced, thus the number of reserved protective coal pillars is reduced, and the recovery of the inter-roadway coal pillars is realized. The working face roadway layout structure caneffectively recover the coal pillars, thereby saving coal resources.
