The invention discloses a whole-process monitoring method for a mud-water cleavage phenomenon in the mud-water shield tunneling process. The method comprises steps that S1, during tunneling, the mud-water pressure P and the mud-water capacity Q of a tunneling face during tunneling are monitored in real time; whether the mud-water shield tunneling face is cleaved is determined; S2, if yes, the effective cleavage and stretching pressure Ps is calculated, and whether a crack after cleavage continues to extend is determined according to the Ps; S3, if the crack is determined to continue to extend,whether mud-water eruption occurs is determined; and S4, if yes, the shield tunneling speed is adjusted, and the mud-water pressure is reduced. The method is advantaged in that the whole mud-water cleavage process can be monitored, the shield tunneling speed is adjusted and the mud-water pressure is reduced based on the monitoring result, the mud-water eruption probability is greatly reduced, andconstruction safety and construction efficiency are greatly improved.
