The invention provides a use control method for an outside window structure for an indoor building. The outside window structure comprises a window frame, T-shaped sliding grooves and travel switches,wherein a group of first window sash and a group of second window sash are in sliding connection inside the window frame; the inner left side and the inner right side above the second window sash areaxially connected with a group of pulleys respectively; the lower part of the rear end surface of the window frame is fixedly connected with a group of control device; a group of travel switches is fixedly connected below the inner parts of the left side and the right side in the window frame; and the control device is commonly electrically connected with a motor, a water immersion sensor and thetravel switches. Through arranging rollers, the first window sash and the second window sash can slide smoothly in the T-shaped sliding grooves, and the problem of sticking can be reduced; and through adopting an outside structure, the first window sash and the second window sash can be folded at the right side at the same time, the indoor windowsill space is increased, and the indoor ventilationand lighting effects are improved at the same time.
