A construction method for preventing uneven settlement of new and old track joints of a coke quenching vehicle is provided. A coke quenching tower water ditch crossing the old track is arranged belowthe end of the old track of the coke quenching car. At that end of the old track, the new track of the coke quench car is expanded to form a joint for new and old tracks of a coke quenching car. The method comprise that following steps of: a, arranging a reinforcing structure of the new and old track joint of the coke quenching car; b, burying a steel pipe in a water ditch of the coke quenching tower; c, arranging a concrete bearing cap; d, arranging a concrete top plate; and pouring the concrete top plate and the concrete bearing cap into an integral pouring structure. The construction methodhas the advantages of simple reinforcing structure of the old and new track joints of the coke quenching car, convenient construction, even settlement, no settlement difference, and no influence on the normal use of water quenching, the normal production of the quenching oven is guaranteed, and the cost of laying the new track is reduced.
