Provided are a full-polyester flocking fabric and a production process thereof, wherein the full-polyester flocking fabric includes a polyester fabric, a heat transfer printing binder and a fluff layer arranged from bottom to top successively; the fluff layer has patterns formed by arraying multiple fluffs. The produced full-polyester flocking fabric has the advantages of soft surface hand feelingand skin-like touch feeling, high-definition appearance effect, bright color, natural color transition and realistic effect, and has good dry-wet rubbing resistance and water washing fastness, good color migration resistance, good anti-static performance, and good moisture absorption and perspiration performance in physical indexes; the production process is simpler and more environmentally friendly than a traditional multi-color flocking process.
