The invention provides an automatic smooth mould arranging line. The automatic smooth mould arranging line comprises a controller for controlling a cutting device, a mould arranging device, a gluing device and a conveying device; mould blanks are cut based on specified shape and size through the cutting device under the control of the controller; the mould blanks are correspondingly conveyed to the mould arranging device through the conveying device and are glued through the gluing device; then the mould blanks at each layer are spread out and arranged through the mould arranging device; in addition, each propping wheel is capable of stably and smoothly guiding and supporting each horizontal bearing strip in moving; and moreover, inclined lower end steps which are arranged by stages can beadapted to the mould blanks which are arranged by layers by height; and each bearing part can be timely sprung back, so that the lower mould blanks and bearing boards cannot be scratched. Compared with the prior art, the automatic smooth mould arranging line has the advantages that the mould blanks can be smoothly stably automatically conveyed, glued and arranged; and the efficiency and the practicability are high.
