The invention provides a conductive self-lubricating film for a bearing and a preparation method thereof. The conductive self-lubricating film is used in an electrophoresis process, and mainly prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 70-80 percent of one or more of a fluorine polymer, 4-5 percent of carbon black, 1-2 percent of carbon nano-tubes, 15-20 percent of carbon fibers and 0-9 percent a solid lubricating agent, wherein the length of the carbon nano-tubes is 3-5mu m. According to the conductive self-lubricating film, the carbon black and carbon nano-tubes are mixed for use, so that the cost for whole material can be reduced, and popularization and application can be favored; and an excellent conductive network is microscopically formed in the conductive self-lubricating film by setting the proportion of the carbon black, carbon nano-tubes and carbon fibers, and the resistance value of the conductive self-lubricating film is macroscopically less than 103 ohm per square centimeters. The conductive self-lubricaitng film is applicable to electrophoresis.
