The invention establishes a feedback correction link according to the real-time operation state of the system, realizes the closed-loop operation of the integrated frequency control strategy, and the proposed control strategy caneffectively realize the wind power cluster to participate in the system frequency modulation, and can consider both the economy and the safety objectives of the system.
