The embodiment of the invention provides a method for dispatching on-site operation and maintenance work orders of a power communication network. The method comprises the following steps: a work orderdispatching model is constructed based on a work order set to be dispatched and an operation and maintenance personnel information set, wherein the set of work orders to be dispatched includes several work orders and the work types of each work order, and the set of operation and maintenance personnel information includes several operation and maintenance personnel information, and each operationand maintenance personnel information includes the average historical completion quality and the average historical completion time of each work type completed by the operation and maintenance personnel; the work order dispatching model consists of work order quality sum maximization function, work order completion time sum minimization function, operation and maintenance personnel utilization maximization function, work order waiting time sum minimization function, and constraint conditions; solving the work order dispatch model, obtaining the work order dispatch scheme, and dispatching thework orders according to the work order dispatch scheme. The method provided by the embodiment of the invention solves the problems of low utilization rate of operation and maintenance personnel and long waiting time of work orders, and realizes reasonable distribution of operation and maintenance work orders.
