The invention discloses a production method of low-temperature anti-SSCC steel for a liquefied gas automobile tank car body. The production method comprises the following process flows: hot metal pretreatment, converter smelting, LF refining, vacuum degassing treatment, continuous casting, slab heating, rolling, ACC cooling, normalizing and tempering heat treatment; and the steel comprises the following chemical components in percentage by mass: 0.16-0.19 of C, 0.15-0.35 of Si, 1.40-1.60 of Mn, less than or equal to 0.008 of P, less than or equal to 0.003 of S, 0.020-0.050 of Alt, 0.020-0.050of Nb, 0.030-0.070 of V, 0.35-0.60 of Ni, 0.2-0.3 of Cu, 0.010-0.020 of Ti, less than or equal to 2.0 ppm of H, less than or equal to 0.005 of Sn, less than or equal to 0.020 of the sum of Sn, Bi, Pb,As and Sb, and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities. The steel produced in the invention has a structure of ferrite and pearlite, has advantages of high strength, low yield-strength ratio, good low-temperature toughness and good SSCC resistance, and can be used for manufacturing a liquefied gas automobile tank car body.
