The invention relates to a wearing device, in particular to a safety vest. A safety vest comprises a vest body. A power supply is arranged on the shoulder of the vest body. The power supply is connected with an LED lamp through a wire. The LED lamp is fixedly connected with one end of a light guide strip. And the light guide strip is fixedly wound around the front chest and the back of the vest body. As the safety vest in the low-light and no-light environment can still work effectively, the LED lamp can be controlled to start and stop by using a solar cell panel as a sensor while being charged by the solar energy, and the LED lamp has high creativity.
