The embodiments of the invention disclose a resource allocation method, a resource allocation device, a server and a computer readable storage medium. The method includes the following steps that: thechannel quality of resource blocks occupied by a first device and a second device of which the SDMA (Spatial Division Multiple Access) is successfully paired is obtained; the channel quality of SDMAresource blocks is modified according to the equivalent spectral efficiency of the SDMA resource blocks in the resource blocks occupied by the first device and the second device; and resource blocks occupied by the first device and the second device are re-allocated according to the channel quality of the resource blocks occupied by the first device and the second device. With the resource allocation method, the resource allocation device, the server and the computer readable storage medium provided by the technical schemes of the embodiments of the present invention adopted, a technical defect that the allocation of time-frequency resources cannot fully utilize the spatial characteristics of paired users to improve system capacity, or users' own signal quality and satisfaction cannot be guaranteed in an existing spatial division multiple access process can be eliminated; channel quality and system efficiency can be well balanced during resource allocation for paired users, so that user satisfaction is improved; and system capacity can be expanded as much as possible.
