本申请实施例提供一种调整方法、终端及网络设备。所述调整方法，包括：终端接收网络设备发送的重分布命令，所述重分布命令用于调整小区中终端的频率优先级或者小区优先级；所述终端根据所述终端的状态忽略所述重分布命令。本申请实施例可以实现在网络侧指示执行重分布过程中，减少网络信令开销。

The embodiments of the invention provide an adjustment method, a terminal, and a network device. The adjustment method includes the following steps that: a terminal receives a redistribution command sent by a network device, wherein the redistribution command is used to adjust the frequency priority of a terminal in a cell or cell priority; and the terminal ignores the redistribution command according to the state of the terminal. With the adjustment method provided by the embodiments of the present invention adopted, network signaling overhead can be reduced during a process in which a network side indicates the execution of redistribution.
