The present invention discloses a viscous force comparative method based on an atomic force microscope, belonging to the technical field of atomic force microscope viscous force measurement. The method comprises the following steps of: (1) cleaning a base body; (2) preparing samples: arranging N samples which are in head-to-tail on the base body cleaned in the step (1), wherein N is a natural number being larger than or equal to 2, and samples to be compared are obtained; and (3) measuring a viscous force image: performing scanning measurement for the samples to be compared obtained in the step 2 through an adhesion channel of the atomic force microscope to obtain an adhesion image and observe the viscous force of the samples to be compared from the adhesion image. The viscous force comparative method based on the atomic force microscope an employ the atomic force microscope, is simply, and rapidly and visually compare the viscous forces between different samples and a needle tips so as to reduce the data processing workload and save time and labor.
