The invention discloses a system for recovering tail gas generated in a chloroethylene production process. The system comprises a combustion chamber, a boiler, a heat exchanger, an absorber and an alkali washing tower; the combustion chamber is used for combusting the tail gas and combustion assisting air therein to generate high-temperature smoke; the boiler and the heat exchanger are used for cooling the high-temperature smoke to obtain low-temperature smoke and recovering the heat of the high-temperature smoke to generate steam; the absorber is used for absorbing HCl in the low-temperaturesmoke to obtain dilute hydrochloric acid solution; alkali washing liquid is accommodated in the alkali washing tower for washing the smoke discharged from the absorber; HCl remained in the smoke is neutralized through an acid-alkali neutralization reaction; and Cl2 in the smoke is absorbed. The system for recovering the tail gas generated in the chloroethylene production process is simple and reliable in operation and higher in energy utilization rate and tail gas recovery efficiency.
