本发明涉及保温材料技术领域，尤其是一种瓦楞纸板用PVA粘合剂，所述粘合剂由下列质量份组成：玉米淀粉粘合剂10～20份，聚乙烯醇2.5～6份，氧化剂0.04～0.06份，消泡剂0.03～0.05份，防腐剂0.01～0.03份，30%氢氧化钠溶液0.5～1.5份，2%氢氧化钠溶液0.1～0.5份，水40～90份，纤维素醚2～4份。本发明公开的一种瓦楞纸板用PVA粘合剂，提高了现有粘合剂的粘合强度，进而增强了瓦楞纸板的抗压能力。

The invention relates to the technical field of thermal insulation materials, and in particular to a PVA (polyvinyl alcohol) adhesive for corrugated boards. The PVA adhesive comprises, by mass, 10-20parts of maize starch adhesive, 2.5-6 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.04-0.06 parts of oxidant, 0.03-0.05 parts of defoaming agent, 0.01-0.03 parts of preservative, 0.5-1.5 parts of 30% of sodium hydroxide solution, 0.1-0.5 parts of 2% of sodium hydroxide solution, 40-90 parts of water and 2-4 parts of cellulose ether. The PVA adhesive for the corrugated boards has the advantages that adhesive strength of existing adhesives is improved, and anti-pressure ability of the corrugated boards is enhanced.
