The invention discloses a continuous purification method for fluoroalkyl tetraconazole. According to the method, the fluoroalkyl tetraconazole obtained in a reacting process by using a water washing column and a material mixed with organic solvents are separated into an oil phase and a water phase through multi-stage counter-current extraction. After the oil-phase material containing fluoroalkyl tetraconazole and aromatic solvents is subjected to two-stage evaporation and desolvation, the fluoroalkyl tetraconazole product is obtained; by using an azeotropic distillation dehydration method, anaromatic cosolvent is added into the water-phase material containing water, water-soluble organic solvents and trace amount of fluoroalkyl tetraconazole to obtain a cosolvent which is extremely low inwater content and a mixed solvent of the water-soluble organic solvents, the cosolvent and the mixed solvent are recycled for reactions. The continuous purification method has the advantages that theprocess is simple, the efficiency is high, the material loss is low, the cost is low, and industrialization is easily realized.
