本发明公开了一种无光银色金属釉及其制备方法，无光银色金属釉所使用的釉料中含有的组分及各组分质量份如下：钾长石：15‑20份，钠长石：10‑15份，方解石：5‑10份，硅灰石：7‑10份，铝粉：8‑10份，氧化锌：3‑6份，碳酸钡：2‑4份，氧化铜：1‑2份，氧化锰：2‑4份，氧化镍：0.2‑0.5份。本发明的釉面具有极其华丽的无光银色光泽，强度高，耐磨，造价低，适用广大日用瓷，工艺美术瓷，能让客户更放心使用。

The invention discloses matte silver metal glaze and a preparation method thereof. A glaze material for the matte silver metal glaze comprises, by mass, 15-20 parts of potassium feldspar, 10-15 partsof sodium feldspar, 5-10 parts of calcite, 7-10 parts of wollastonite, 8-10 parts of aluminum powder, 3-6 parts of zinc oxide, 2-4 parts of barium carbonate, 1-2 parts of copper oxide, 2-4 parts of manganese oxide, and 0.2-0.5 part of nickel oxide. The glaze surface of the matte copper red lead-free metal glaze has remarkable matte silver gloss; the matte silver metal glaze has high strength, goodwear resistance and low manufacture cost, is widely applicable to daily ceramics and process art ceramics, and can be used securely by customers.
