The invention relates to the field of water treatment, and discloses a salt making method and system and a salt product prepared through the method. The method comprises the following steps that a rawmaterial aqueous solution containing high-solubility salt and second electrodialysis fresh water are subjected to first electrodialysis treatment, and first electrodialysis concentrated outflow waterand first electrodialysis fresh output water are obtained, wherein the content of the high-solubility salt in the raw material aqueous solution containing the high-solubility salt is not larger than10% of the weight, and the content of the high-solubility salt in the first electrodialysis concentrated output water is not smaller than 10% of the weight; reverse osmosis treatment is carried out onthe first electrodialysis fresh output water; second electrodialysis treatment is carried out on the saturated solution of the high-solubility salt and the first electrodialysis concentrated output water, and second electrodialysis concentrated output water and second electrodialysis fresh output water are obtained. According to the method, high-energy-consumption crystallization modes such as thermal evaporation and thermal crystallization are avoided, the investment and energy consumption cost of the crystallization process can be greatly reduced.
