The invention discloses a method of transferring graphene by means of fullerene. The method comprises the following steps: 1) attaching a fullerene film to graphene attached to a growth substrate to obtain a growth substrate-graphene-fullerene compound structure; 2) putting the growth substrate-graphene-fullerene compound structure in a growth substrate corrosion liquid to remove the growth substrate; 3) cleaning the structure to obtain a clean graphene-fullerene compound film, and putting the graphene-fullerene compound film to a target substrate to obtain a target substrate-graphene-fullerene compound; and 4) removing the fullerene layer in the target substrate-graphene-fullerene compound to obtain graphene attached to the target substrate, wherein transfer is finished. By taking fullerene as a transfer layer, introduced organic pollution can be reduced while the transfer layer is removed, and high cleanliness graphene is transferred to the target substrate. In particular, a more intact suspended graphene film can be obtained when the graphene is transferred to a substrate with a through hole.
