The invention provides a position changing machine. The position changing machine comprises a rotating platform module, supporting column modules, a rotating shaft module and a worm module. The rotating platform module is arranged on the rotating shaft module and can rotate around the horizontal plane to switch stations. The rotating shaft module is arranged on the supporting column modules and connected with the worm module in a rotating mode. The worm module drives the rotating shaft module to rotate in the axial direction so as to change the vertical position of the rotating platform module. When the position changing machine works, the rotating platform module can automatically rotate to switch the stations, and therefore the rotating speed regulation accuracy is higher. In addition, few actuating mechanisms exist, and operation, assembly and disassembly are more convenient and faster.
