The device comprises a base, walking wheels connected to the lower end surface of the base, two storage barrels fixed on the upper end surface of the base and used for storing the liquid reflecting paint, two paint spraying pumps, a lifting cylinder fixed on the base, a lifting platform connected with the lifting cylinder, two horizontal guide rails and two extension cylinders fixed on the lifting platform, horizontal slide rods arranged on the two horizontal guide rails, and two nozzles connected to the corresponding horizontal slide rods; the two extension cylinders are correspondingly connected with the two horizontal slide rods one to one; discharge ports of the two storage barrels are correspondingly connected with inlets of the corresponding nozzles through the corresponding paint spraying pumps; and outlets of the two nozzles are horizontally towards the outer periphery of the base. The device can spray the liquid reflecting paint with two colors to vertical base surfaces of curbs to achieve a good spraying effect; and the spraying device islow in production cost and convenient for operation.
