The method for breeding myzus persicae through Radish seedlings comprises the steps: collecting seed aphids in the field, performing transfer detoxification treatment and cultivation so as to obtain high-quality seed aphids, and cultivating Radish seedlings by using a floating seedling raising method and adopting a Radish species with compact plants, up-right leaf clusters, wide and thick leaves and surface sprouts, wherein the sowing density is 40-60 plants/plate during cultivation; using a natural diffusion aphid transfer method for aphid transfer, and performing aphid transfer by using the cultivated high-quality seed aphids when true leaves of the cultivated radish seedlings just emerge at an aphid transfer quantity of 3-5 heads per plant; and placing the radish seedlings with completed aphid transfer in a breeding room with good isolation conditions, maintaining natural light, keeping the temperature at 18-30 DEG C and the humidity at 30-70%, and maintaining a sufficient nutrient solution and the EC value at 2.0 mS/cm or above. The method can be applied to myzus persicae breeding, the singleplant amount is higher by using the method in the myzus persicae breeding, and alternate use of the method with tobacco seedlings so as to reduce the incidence of diseases; and the method is more suitable for breed conservation in winter.
