The collected castanopsis sclerophylla seeds are stored in the indoor sand, and the vigor of the seeds is effectively kept; germination accelerating is conducted on the castanopsis sclerophylla seeds before sowing, the dormancy of the seeds can be effectively broken, the cell activity of the seeds is improved, the cell division and differentiation are promoted, and the germination rate and emergence rate are increased.
