A method and system for evaluating the life cycle economy of an optical storage and charging integrate power station. As the chemical battery is considered as the energy storage system scenario, aiming at the annual maximum profit of the charging station of photovoltaic electric vehicle considering the life cycle cost of the energy storage battery, a life cycle profit model of optical storage andchar integrated pow plant is established, a multi-population genetic algorithm is used to solve the revenue model to determine the optimal photovoltaic and energy storage capacity when the revenue ismaximized, and then combined with the establishment of technical and economic benefits and financial benefit index mathematical model and probability model to establish the economic benefit evaluationmodel of the whole life cycle of the integrated photovoltaic, storage and charging power plant for economic benefit evaluation. The method and system well verify the necessity of adding the battery energy storage to the photovoltaic vehicle charging station and the best benefit possibility by establishing a model for evaluating the whole life cycle economy of the photovoltaic storage and chargingintegrated power station and evaluating the economy under different photovoltaic storage capacity configurations.
