Provided is a single anchor concentrated grouting full-length anchored steel wire tendon, wherein same is applicable to deep dynamic pressurized roadway or soft rock roadway support projects. The steel wire tendon is constituted of parallel steel wires (1) and a central pipe (2), wherein multiple parallel steel wires (1) are arranged at the periphery of the central pipe (2); and the central pipe (2) is provided with a slurry discharging bracket (3) for dividing the parallel steel wire (1) into a front portion and a rear portion, with the front half portion being provided with a large stirring sleeve (4), and the tail end of the rear half portion being provided with a threaded sleeve (5). Further disclosed is a method for supporting the single anchor concentrated grouting full-length anchored steel wire tendon. After a heading machine cuts coal to form a roadway, a tip of the steel wire tendon is anchored, and the speed of heading the roadway is increased while also ensuring the safety of the roadway. In the case where it is ensured that the rapid heading of the roadway will not be affected, a pump truck performs concentrated grouting on the steel wire tendon, full-length anchorage of the steel wire tendon is realized, and long-time stability of the roadway is ensured. The length of the steel wire tendon can be selected according to the geological conditions and mining environment of a coal mine, and is not restricted by the height of the roadway. According to the single anchor concentrated grouting support method, the full-length anchorage of the steel wire tendon is realized, the heading speed of the roadway is increased, unbalanced mining of a coal mine is alleviated, and the problem of the large deformation of the roadway is also solved.
