The invention provides a method for enhancing penetration of a fiber raw material bleaching agent. During fiber raw material bleaching, the use amount of sodium hydroxide is decreased, meanwhile a penetrating agent is added into the bleaching agent to replace decreased sodium hydroxide, and penetration of the hydrogen peroxide is promoted, wherein the penetrating agent is the mixture with the massratio 1 to 0.6-0.7 of sodium acetate to sodium ethoxide, the use amount of the sodium acetate is identical the use amount of the substance replacing the sodium hydroxide, and at least 10 kg/t (with respect to completely dry raw materials) of sodium hydroxide exist in the whole system. Under the condition of the same sodium hydroxide use amount, the use amount of the sodium hydroxide is decreased,and the amount of residual bleached hydrogen peroxide is increased, and the whiteness of full stuff is improved.
