The invention provides an adaptive cloth color difference detection anti-illumination interference method, which relates to the technical field of cloth color difference detection, comprising the steps of image acquisition, color space conversion, color temperature estimation, channel gain calculation, color temperature correction, color difference detection and result processing. On the basis ofcolor temperature estimation, the method realizes adaptive detection of color difference of cloth against illumination interference by using white balance algorithm. The invention fully considers thecorrelation between Y and Cb, Cr in the YCbCr color space, and selects more suitable white pixels to carry out average color difference calculation so as to improve the accuracy of color temperature estimation. The invention has good robustness to light interference.
