The invention discloses a moire anti-counterfeiting method with the function of simplifying the embedding mode of invisible graphics and texts. The moire anti-counterfeiting method comprises the following steps that (1) a host image is selected and subjected to color separation treatment, thus a cyan version, a magenta version, a yellow version and a black version are obtained, and the cyan version or the magenta version is an anti-counterfeiting color version; (2) the invisible graphics and texts are selected, a corresponding anti-counterfeiting region is determined in the anti-counterfeitingcolor version according to the contour of the invisible graphics and texts, and the remaining regions of the anti-counterfeiting color version are background regions; (3) halftone treatment is conducted; (4) the invisible graphics and texts are hidden; and (5) the invisible graphics and texts are extracted. According to the moire anti-counterfeiting method, the screening angles of the anti-counterfeiting color version are set in a regional mode, thus the two kinds of screening angles on an anti-counterfeiting master version are achieved, and the anti-counterfeiting grating host image with theinvisible graphics and texts is obtained; and in the embedding aspect of the invisible graphics and texts, the anti-counterfeiting property reaches or even exceeds the anti-counterfeiting property ofa traditional phase modulation method.
